How is my Hyrox finish time calculated?
Your finish time is the sum of 8 × 1 km of running, the 8 stations and the roxzone transitions. The calculator adds your splits together and shows where each one places you, using split data from real 2026 races in your division.
What is a good Hyrox time?
It depends on division. In our data a mid-field finish is about 1:26 for Men Open, 1:38 for Women Open, 1:08 for Men Pro and 1:14 for Women Pro. Set the level slider to 50% to see the typical splits for your division.
Which Hyrox station should I train first?
The one costing you the most time relative to your level. Enter your own splits and the calculator lists the stations where you place furthest back.
