1. Who We Are

Hybrid Training Plan ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") is operated by STELLAR ENGINEERS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16220494), with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and STELLAR ENGINEERS LTD.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 17, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase credits.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account where we have reason to believe these eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Your Account

When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at hello@hybridtrainingplan.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may not create accounts for others, share your account, or use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

5. Credits and Payments

5.1 The Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate and modify training plans:

  • Generating a new 4-week training plan costs 1 credit
  • Modifying an existing plan costs 1 credit (one free modification is included per 4-week block)
  • New accounts receive a signup bonus of 2 free credits

5.2 Purchasing Credits

Additional credits can be purchased through the Service. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Current credit packages (prices in GBP; USD equivalents shown at checkout):

  • Starter — 1 credit for £2.99
  • Standard — 3 credits for £6.99
  • Pro — 6 credits for £11.99
  • Annual — 12 credits for £19.99

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect credits already purchased.

5.3 Referrals

You may earn bonus credits by referring new users to the Service. Referral credits are awarded at our discretion and in accordance with the referral programme terms displayed in the app. We reserve the right to modify or end the referral programme at any time.

5.4 Refund Policy

Credits that have not been used may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have been used to generate or modify a training plan are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact hello@hybridtrainingplan.app with your order details.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases, except where you have already accessed the digital content and waived this right at the point of purchase.

5.5 Expiry

Credits do not expire while your account remains active. If your account is closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms, unused credits will be forfeited.

6. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Please read this section carefully.

The training plans, content, and guidance provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and should not be treated as such.

  • Consult a doctor first. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, or have been inactive for an extended period.
  • Exercise carries inherent risk. Physical training involves risk of injury. You are solely responsible for your own safety during any training activity.
  • Stop if you feel unwell. Cease exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, dizziness, unusual pain, or any other concerning symptom.
  • Plans are personalised, not professional. Training plans are generated based on the information you provide. Their accuracy depends on the accuracy of your input. They do not replace the advice of a qualified personal trainer, physiotherapist, or sports coach.
  • You take responsibility. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical exercise and release STELLAR ENGINEERS LTD from any liability for injury, illness, or other harm arising from your use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, content, and branding, is owned by STELLAR ENGINEERS LTD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Training plans generated for you are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, redistribute, publish, or share generated training plans for commercial gain without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any personal data and content you submit to the Service (such as workout logs and notes), and grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the Service to you.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract training plan generation logic
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Submit false or misleading information that could generate harmful training plans
  • Harass, impersonate, or harm other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, STELLAR ENGINEERS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of training plans
  • Loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill
  • Service interruptions or errors
  • Unauthorised access to your account or data

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@hybridtrainingplan.app. Upon closure, unused credits that are eligible for a refund under section 5.4 will be returned; all other data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact the UK's Ombudsman Services.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
