Common Questions
How do training plan credits work?
Each credit represents one week of training. When you generate a plan, credits are deducted based on the plan duration. You can purchase additional credits at any time from the Account screen in the app.
Can I change my plan after it's been generated?
Yes. You can adjust sessions, swap days, and request plan modifications. Each plan includes a number of free modifications based on its duration.
How do I connect Strava?
Go to the Account screen in the app and tap Connect next to Strava. You'll be taken through the Strava authorisation flow and your runs will sync automatically.
I was charged but my credits didn't appear.
This is rare but can happen if there's a network issue during purchase verification. Email us at hello@hybridtrainingplan.app with your order details and we'll resolve it promptly.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Credits are consumable purchases and are non-refundable once used. If you have an issue, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. For App Store purchases, refunds can also be requested directly through Apple.
