What the app does
Hybrid Training Plan builds personalised, periodised training programmes for hybrid athletes — people training for Hyrox, a marathon, a CrossFit competition, or simply trying to get stronger while staying fit.
You answer a few questions about your goals, schedule, available equipment, and fitness level. The app generates a complete multi-week plan, structured week by week with the right mix of strength sessions, running, conditioning, and recovery.
Then you follow it — day by day, on your phone.
What’s inside
Day-by-day sessions. Every day shows exactly what to do: which exercises, how many sets, target reps, load guidance, and rest periods. Running sessions include pace targets and structure — intervals, easy runs, long runs. No guesswork.
Workout tracking. Log sets as you go — reps, weight, effort. Mark runs complete. The app records everything so you can see your progress across the plan.
Coach chat. Need to swap an exercise? Move a session to a different day? Adjust intensity because life got in the way? The built-in coach chat handles it. Describe what you need and it adapts the plan.
Exercise guidance. New to a movement? Tap any exercise for step-by-step instructions and form cues.
1RM tracking. The app tracks your estimated one-rep maxes from logged sets and uses them to calculate working weights as your plan progresses.
